Van Hilleary

Van Hilleary - Republican, is currently a US Representative. He made an appearance at the THEA Rally Day for homeschoolers on 3/19/02 where I witnessed the comments below:
"I support what you do."
"I will support homeschooling as long as I'm governor and in any office in any place."

On 5/21/02 Hilleary announced the formation of his Education Advisory Committee. Among the members was fellow TnHomeEd list member and friend, JC Bowman of the Tennessee Institute for Public Policy.
